What we were up against
Referred to the business by another Telecoms client, we had a few challenges. Having been in business for 25 years with loads of happy clients and partners, the business had underinvested in their digital offering. Challenge accepted. Digital marketing for telecoms companies has become a lot more competitive, so we needed to understand what leads were coming in, introduce tracking and rebuild their campaigns. Once we had these in place, we were tasked with reducing the cost per acquisition (which came down by 28% in the first month!). We could then focus the budget in the areas that were performing best.
